Total: 2987

Students do not have to pay university tution fees at BRSU in the years three and four, but each semester a contribution of 228,90 € has to be made, which is in total about 920 € for the years three and four.

Semester contribution covers the cost of the following:

  • Social contribution to the Student Administration Service
  • Mobility contribution (Semester Ticket)
  • Contribution to AStA and the student union

The Semester Ticket serves as a travel pass, entitling students to the free use of all train and bus services of the local public transport in the state of North Rhine Westphalia.

“I could travel all around the state of North Rhine Westphalia for free by using my Semester Ticket. So I was able to see a lot of exciting places I would not have seen if I had to pay for travelling. I really could explore Germany by this.”

Jiun Sohn, participant of the “International Management Certificate Programm” at BRSU

Living costs

Living costs are estimated to be approximately 700 € per month. This includes accommodation, food, living expenses, semester contribution, health insurance and social life. Actual costs, of course, depend on your individual circumstances.
